Hi I Have Only 1 Pic Of It When It Reached Ratnagiri After Buying From Kolhapur
I Will Surely Mail You That Pic
I Asked About Quarter Glasses At 2 Taki Naka Chor Bazar Mumbai But Unable To Find A Pair :(
Yes It Had Chrome Wipers Which Were Stolen When Parked At Byculla At My Uncle's Place :/ But They Are Visible In The Photo
Wait I Will Upload It Here

Hello Abhishek,

Yes please mail me the pictures of the car when you brought it new. Make sure that includes interior pictures as I hardly remember mine as it has been too long (24 years!). For choosing the colour, go for matt finish only if your are going to use it sparingly. It is a very high maintenance colour. My suggestions to you are Midnight Black or Flash Red (both of them solid i.e non-metallic). Make a point that dark colours will induce swirl marks which White can hide easily. Other colours I can think of are Crimson Beige, Fathom Blue or Dark Brown.
For the quarter glass, It would be difficult to source as they would only be available at a scrap yard. Try Chor Bazaar at Mumbai. I am sure you will get there.
Amazing to know your car came with Chrome Wipers. Do you still have the arms? The blades should have been worn-out by now.

Best regards,
KKVaidya

Hello Abhishek,

I beleive you are the same Ahbhishek who is a member on Gearheads & are currently restoring a 1.38D. Great. Keep it up. Are you the first owner of your car or you just brought recently?
I would advice you to pay minute attention to the bodywork & insist the bodyshop to remove all paint till the metal shines. Ask him to apply a good quality etch primer for rust protection. What colour are you planning to do?

Best regards,
KKVaidya
